The list is the IP and revenue view — it does not say what is deployed

What is built

Each row mapped to the repos and hosts that implement it, and every deployment that maps to no row at all.

Reconciliation — the list against what is actually built

Generated 2026-08-14 by scripts/reconcile.mjs from inventory.json (622 hosting projects, 353 repositories, 144 working copies).

Read this before the ceilings. The master list is the IP and revenue view — it says what a thing is worth and what protects it. It does not say whether it runs. These two views disagree, and the disagreement is the honest part.

How a mapping was made

A row is matched to a project or repository by name: an exact match, a name that contains the row's key, or two or more distinctive words in common. Every mapping below carries how it was made, so a wrong one can be argued with rather than guessed at. A match is evidence, not proof — a repository called receipts is evidence that row 60 has code, not proof that the code does what row 60 says.

No row was added, merged, renamed or renumbered to make the mapping tidier. rank is a stable identifier and all 72 rows are still here.

What the four states mean

StateMeaning
deployeda hosting project exists and carries a live domain
builta hosting project exists with no domain attached to it
partiala repository or working copy exists under this exact name, nothing is hosted
adjacentsomething is deployed whose name CONTAINS this row's key — real neighbouring work, not proof this row ships
specspecification only — nothing found under this name

Where the list stands

StateRows
deployed10
built0
partial1
adjacent only1
spec only60

More than half the list is specification only, and that is the expected shape. The list is a patent and revenue inventory, not a deployment inventory: 27 Tier-A mechanisms are documented to patent-counsel standard and deliberately not built yet, because nothing goes into technical review before the filing that protects it.

These are the applications the master list does not yet account for. They are not errors and they are not candidates for deletion — they are the gap between what has been built and what has been inventoried, and closing it is a decision for the inventor, not for a script.

Two things the data disagrees about

  1. meta.families records 7 families; the rows carry 10 distinct family values. Both are left as found. The seven-domain framing in the talking notes is a grouping of the ten, not a contradiction of it — but the page cannot prove that, so it does not claim it.
  2. The binder states a portfolio ceiling of $2.0B–$4.5B; the rows add up to $2.25B–$6.39B. Different calculations, both shown on the page, each labelled for what it is.
